There’s lots of “newness” in the shops this season, but is it really that new? We’re seeing chocolate brown (already a favourite over the last year), burgundy (a key shade from autumn/winter 24), animal print, lace and faux fur. The truth is, trends don’t completely disappear, they simply return with a fresh spin to tempt us again.
What is new, however, is how you put these pieces together. That’s where my Seasonal Trend sessions come in. I’ll show you how to take what you already own and add just a few well-chosen updates, whether that’s a statement belt, a pair of boots in this season’s color, or layering textures in a modern way. It’s all about making your wardrobe work harder for you. With budgets being tight, it makes sense to shop smart.

Why not gather a few friends and book a Seasonal Trend session – the perfect way to navigate autumn/winter 2025 with confidence and style
Autumn Accessories

I’m a huge advocates for using accessories to update your wardrobe. They’re the simplest way to give old favourites a new lease of life, without spending a fortune. From handbags and foulards to jewellery and belts, the right finishing touches can instantly bring your look up to date. And for modest women, there is nothing more important than updating their head scarves ( hijab ) every season. and here comes my role!
Why not dig deep into your wardrobe first? You may rediscover forgotten treasures. Here are a few suggestions from me:
- Lights – It’s tempting to jump into the rich, deep shades of autumn but they will overwhelm you. Stay true to your color palette, a handbag in soft pink, light grey or powder blue will feel fresh and uplifting.
- Deeps – Go bold with statement jewellery in your best metal. Handbags in burgundy, chocolate brown or deep teal will ground your look beautifully.
- Warms – Embrace gold jewellery, amber tones, and warm leathers. Tan, rust or olive scarf and belts will pull your outfits together effortlessly.
- Cools – Silver or pewter jewellery works perfectly for you. a scarf in berry, plum or navy add polish and pair well with your wardrobe basics.
- Clears – You shine in contrast and vibrancy. Choose bright pops of color in accessories, such as a teal handbag, a red scarf, or jewellery with a hint of sparkle.
- Softs – Subtle and blended is best. Opt for pewter jewellery, suede finishes, and scarves in taupe, mushroom or soft grey. Muted patterned scarves are also a great way to update your look.
Little Walet, Big Impact

Do you take your color wallet shopping with you? As your confidence grows, you may not need to check it as often, but keeping it handy has real benefits. It’s a great reminder of the other colors you already have in your wardrobe, helping you mentally plan different outfit combinations before you buy. Well worth slipping into your handbag before you head to the shops.
Lip Stick Power

Two photos, one simple change. Lipstick has the power to lift your whole face and finish your look. So… to lip or not to lip? My advice: if ever in doubt, wear the lipstick. Want to find your perfect shade? Ask me and I’ll show you the colors that truly light up your face.
